Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

Just moved to London and had to find a new hairdresser after 14 years with the same girl at home. I was a bit apprehensive but not disappointed. Lovely salon, amazing relaxed atmosphere, didn’t feel rushed, had really nice chats with Lauren. Even met Mr Darcy ❤️. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish I was comfortable and at ease. Kevin is incredibly professional and respectful. He goes out of his way to ensure your experience is relaxing and effective, asking consent and permission, explaining what he is doing and why, requesting feedback from you as the client, and tailoring all aspects of the consultation to you. I cannot recommend enough - each time I leave feeling like I’m floating and for the first time in a very long time I am seeing progress! Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at NEU Clinic. Dr Tony was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my appointment, and his friendly personality put me at ease. The clinic is immaculate, modern, and the staff are welcoming and professional. I also previously had a consultation with Dr Stark, who was equally professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to complete my treatment plan and highly recommend the clinic.

I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!
