He is so knowledgable and really guided me through the appointment - about my hair type, how to style it, products to use and explained every step of what he was doing. I always have a five-star experience at Image London Bermondsey. The staff are extremely professional, kind and caring. Incredible first consultation with Dr Hen. I'm so glad I met her at the National Wedding Expo in London because I feel she is going to help with my skin journey to achieve improved skin for my wedding next September! Dr Hen explained the science behind my skin concerns in a digestible, easily understood format with diagrams & images, which I appreciated. Although there was quite a lot of information to take on board about the different products & their chemical composition, Dr Hen provided a personalised PDF that explains each product & what it's targeting. I can't wait to see the results!
