I’ve had an amazing experience! It was so nice to feel relaxed and to be chatting and laughing the whole appointment! From my consultation to the end result I was made to feel so comfortable, nothing was rushed and I was in really good hands! Claire really knows her stuff, giving me great advice and tips, as well as knowing what will work best for me! I absolutely love my hair and it’s come out better than I could have ever imagined! I was very well looked after and would 100% recommend!

I recently took my 5yo daughter to Hair at O’Neills in Fareham for a haircut, and we had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness, which made my daughter feel so comfortable. Her stylist, Sam, was absolutely lovely – she was patient, kind, and really engaging with my daughter throughout the whole process. My little one was especially excited by all the festive Christmas decorations around the salon. Sam did a fantastic job with my daughter’s hair. The entire experience was stress-free, fun, and enjoyable.

What a treat on my day off! I had a facial with Sarah. She is so friendly and makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in the salon. I think this is my favourite treatment, an hour of pure me time where I can forget everything whilst Sarah pampers me. Plus, I know my skin is going to look amazing too. Thank you Sarah!
