Outstanding service from Millie, I’d booked a deep tissue massage after travelling for several days and it was just what I needed to relieve the pressure in my back, neck and shoulder muscles. Great value for money and very friendly team at the derby spa.

Absolutely brilliant experience .. was greeted initially by Fiz who orientated me and set the standards.. I was fairly early so she made me a green tea! So welcoming and friendly.. and then Lindsay she was amazing too! The staff know what they are talking about in relation to skincare better experience than another clinic I visited. Its so regal and beautiful inside apparently its dubai inspired. The finer details are beautiful.. feathers on the bed very clean and cosy. Thank you for a brilliant experience and making sure you went through what you were doing in detail .. lovely non surgical

Absolutely amazing place with great services, Tatjana is truly wonderful and very skilled. I am a regular and even tho I have moved out of Derby I have never found a better place and rather make an effort to travel for my appointments, very thankful for being convenient with time slots offerd. I can be very picky but I have never left disappointed. When in doubt, you can always trust her with what suits and fits you the most. 🥰💯

Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you

I originally went elsewhere NOT TAISIYA on the outskirts of Derby which the girl turned me away after 90 minutes of her trying to get the shape so I walked away..That was 100% the right decision because I found Taisiya & understandably I was really nervous & she totally understood why. I had my patch test then a couple of weeks later I went for my appointment.Taisiya got the shape within 10 minutes & that was it they were perfect I had blade & shade 2 years ago & a little freshen up & literally this week I’ve had powder brows with hair strokes.She is out of this world she has me forever now 💕💕
