First time having my hair cut here and I loved the experience with Lucy! She made me feel very welcome and I’ve booked in 2 further appointments. A lovely creamed iced coffee was delivered with speed followed by a revitalising hair wash with scalp massage before a very thorough consultation. The results were stunning and perfect. Ooh this was such a gorgeous treatment and just what I needed. The heated bed is divine and Emma seems to intuitively find the knots in my shoulders and back and ease them away. Loved the back exfoliation and foot massage while my face mask worked its magic. Highly recommend x
