Sara is amazing, I’ve been coming to Sara for 3 years and even though I’ve moved out of London I have my monthly appointments with her in the diary! I completely trust Sara with my hair. Her bouncy blow-dry is great and lasts the whole weekend. From balayage to growing out my grey with care Sara has nailed my colour every time. My hair washes and dries beautifully after a bi-monthly cut with Sara—I can’t recommend her enough!! 💆🏻‍♀️💓👌🏼

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Such a fabulous experience! I had a facial which lasted for 90 minutes, this included a detailed consultation, a relaxing massage, a deep cleanse and a chemical peel, followed by a calming mask and micro needling to target some of my acne scarring. I felt completely relaxed the whole time, really informed and knew I was in the hands of a professional. I received really in depth aftercare advice as well as some samples. My skin has been glowing ever since and i recommend this service 100%! Thanks so much and see you in six weeks.

Alice is a very friendly, kind therapist with a firm hand for acne extractions in a no-nonsense little studio. Most affordable acne treatment available in central London.

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Chiaki has been my amazing and talented hairdresser for years. Her sense of style is always cutting-edge — fashionable yet perfectly suited to me. She takes time to think about what really works for each person. Even as an experienced professional, she keeps refining her colouring and cutting skills, showing true passion and dedication. Chiaki is also very friendly and such a lovely person. She has a great sense of humour and makes you feel totally at ease, even on your first visit. If you’re in London and looking for a stylish haircut that truly suits you, I can’t recommend Chiaki enough!
