Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Jake did amazingly meticulous job with my highlights, helped to choose the colour of my dreams and provided a killer bob haircut. Long time since I have been this satisfied with a hairdresser experience and result. Will come back for sure.

​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I went for a hair consultation for balayage and a hair cut. The hair tech explained and also suggested what would suit me well, without just agreeing to whatever I asked. I then got a face framing haircut and got what was flattering for my face. Looking forward to coming back here. Keep up the good work.
