By far the best nail salon I've ever been to - worth coming out from Vancouver Island. Vivian is such an artist and I'm always beyond happy with her perfectionism and designs. I've tried salons closer to where I live and no one can do it better! Any pedicures I've had have also been great and all the staff is always so friendly. 10/10

I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

Today I had a manicure course with Elena, the manager of Euro Nails in Vancouver, and I’m truly so happy and satisfied with the experience. Elena was incredibly patient and supportive — she spent so much time with me and explained everything in detail, step by step, until the end of the class. Elena and her husband were very kind and supportive.
