Kindest, purest most beautiful souls. Eyebrow wax was done painlessly, and she kept it classy, just a beautiful cleanup. I also love that they focus on hair health and instead of color dumping they offer, treatment dumping. Service is on point and you instantly feel at home. Came back for a root dye, and I'm again super happy with the colour, the blow-dry and the overall service. Best value for money, this salon exceeded my expectations from the first time I stepped foot in there, and again did not disappoint. I went for their April special: R480 for a root dye, moisturising treatment and blow-out. Honestly, where do you get all this for that price! And with stunning results on top of that! I used to pay R2000+ at my previous salons, and the colour didn't even stay as vibrant for that long, as it does with Jem. I'll defs be back again.

Made an impromptu appointment to get my manicure and pedicure done. This was my First time getting my nails done and I was assisted by Fuzzy M who was so great! She was so gentle and made me feel comfortable at some point I dozed off. She was Professional and really took good care of me! This all Women Team is doing amazing things in Wynberg. Definitely would say the Salon is also Queer Friendly. 🌈 Do check them out, I personally will be back!
