My experience: This is my first time doing a full-head dye in LA. I was indecisive in between getting ash grey color (requires bleaching) and brown color (no bleach). I took a very long time deciding, but they were very patient and told me not to worry. Both Alex and Kiki have very professional skills and finished in a timely manner. They offered me water and make sure I was doing okay every 20 mins-ish. The vibe at the salon was great, there was nice background music played. The salon is very clean. This is definitely a place that I will go back again and it's highly recommended!

Absolutely Amazing Stylist! Sergio is honestly one of the most genuine, trustworthy, and talented hairstylists I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to go lighter and maintain a beautiful blonde for a very long time, and he is the only stylist I trust with my hair. What I appreciate most is that Sergio cares about the health of my hair just as much as the color. Wonderful experience with Jocelyn, she was amazing! She spent 8 hours working on my long, thick hair and took great care to keep it healthy throughout the lightening process. Chris and Steven did an amazing job on my hair! I had a fading peekaboo color that was difficult to fix because it had been done at home with bleach and left my hair a bit damaged. They matched everything perfectly and brought my hair back to life. I’ve been to many salons, and they’re the only stylists who have given me exactly the haircut I wanted. I thought my hair was too short for layers, but they made it work while keeping the length I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
