Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

She takes incredible care of my hair every single time, and the colour is always absolutely stunning — I get so many compliments after every visit! I love my hair - Laura did it exactly how I had wanted and envisaged. I had a colour, highlights extensions and a cut, I’m soo happy with the result. And she went above and beyond as always which i really appreciate. She’s definitely the best out there
