My visit on Friday was as always exceptionally unique . From the moment I was dropped off by my husband till he picked me up again 2hrs later , I was treated like Royalty by every single one of the staff. Starting with Kate who applied my foils with care and precision assisted by her young trainee .When Kate was satisfied my colour was set I was escorted to a basin for a medicated shampoo. Once finished I was escorted to Paul’s window chair for my usual cut and restyle. I am so comfortable and confident that Paul knows my style that I can close my eyes and let the master perform his magic .
