First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls

I had my roots done, which were dark, and Cayleigh blended the colour with my highlights to refresh the look again. Good job.

Went to appointment looking for advice on styling booked in for a cut possible colour with highlights and lowlights. Jess did both my consultation and treatment, cannot fault the service and professional approach shown by Jess. Even got treated to a head massage when hair was being washed which left me feeling so good 🙂 Has done an amazing job best hairstyle and highlights made me feel so happy. Could not recommend highly enough Top Class service from start to finish. Think ive just found a new hairstylist will definitely be returning !!!! 🙂🙂 Given 5* as had 5* 😊

Shellby is the best. This has been my 4th appointment with her to refresh my hair colour and freshen up my wolfcut. She nails it every time and I absolutely love my hair. The hair studio is very professional and welcoming and would 100% recommend!
