I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Appointment was on time. Jess listened to what I wanted...a rare quality... I was offered treatments as my hair is a little dry/coarse. The wash and blow dry was carried out in a very friendly, professional manner. Happy customer!

Jess always does such a fabulous job, my hair was damaged with years of box dye when I first came in and she has got my hair looking and feeling amazing. Also so lovely to chat to during appointments. Sage is such a nice salon too and the staff always go out of their way to make sure clients are comfortable and looked after.

Superb. Turned up to have a curly blow dry, but it was so hot, we asked if we could just have a hair up do. Chloe and her colleague ( sorry didn’t catch the lovely girls name) were not phased at all by the change of plan and made a brilliant job of mine and my daughter’s hair. Always very professional, knowledgable , creative and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend , thank you xx
