Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

Seren did a great job giving me a mix of highlights and lowlights, I’ve only had highlights once before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I was really pleased with the result. Been going to Brodans for years, as someone who used to hate going to hair salons (like other people hate the dentist!) I’ve always felt relaxed and welcome here.

Highly recommend Ellie at True Colours. We travel out from Cardiff to see Ellie, great long-hair cutting, styling and finishing. Ellie is always warm and welcoming and we have great chats, she always makes you feel relaxed and is super efficient and great at her job. Great colour and cut by Cerys. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me a great creamy blonde to take away the brassier yellow tones in my hair. A fab cut too with feathery face framing layers. Really pleased with the results!
