Polly did the most fantastic job, the new summer signature package gave me chance to talk through all of my preferences, give me a colour I love and even top tips on what colours to wear! Sommer who did my Nano extension, did a consult for 30 mins, the week prior to my appointment. My hair is short and natural colour, Sommer was able to match the extensions perfectly to my hair colour. She also went through the length that would be best for how short my hair is. When I came the following week I felt very welcome, all staff were very pleasant, there was a great atmosphere In The shop The end result was amazing, Sommer told me if I have any questions to not hesitate to ring and talk to her, advice was given on what to use on my extensions, followed by an email. Highly recommend

Just tried the new digital colour mapping service offered by opulence and absolutly loved it! Always struggle knowing what colours suit me having stayed with Dark hair for so long, this service highlighted the colours that give me that natural glow and showed which ones washed me out due to my skin tones. Would highly recommend this service before recolouring your hair! Amazing addition to the fantastic list of options for clients at this salon!

I had my hair coloured today by Millie and was really impressed. She was absolutely lovely — professional, confident, and very attentive to what I wanted. She listened carefully to her peers and, with guidance from the salon, the colour process was explained clearly so I knew what to expect. The final result looks great, and I felt really well looked after throughout. A fantastic experience and a credit to the salon!

I booked for a wash and cut. Sadly I couldn't have a cut as he is still training. He can only do basic cuts at the moment. However he is learning to colour and I hope to go back and model for him. Friendly and gives a good head massage whilst washing.
