From the moment you walk through the green leafy archway entrance you feel like you’ve been transported to a heavenly bubble. The earthy and calming environment soaks through your senses as you leave your footwear at the threshold and enter the white foyer. The treatment itself was magical. I had the privilege of being treated by Sim and the reveal experience couldn’t be described as anything but surreal in the most amazing way. I felt my spirit lifting, my soul calming and my energy recalibrating. Truly exceptional - having tried almost all of “Sydney’s best” this is a bar above them ALL!

I had the most beautiful deep tissue massage, an hour was not enough, I didnt want to get off the table. The room is beautiful and warm, it was peaceful and super clean. Im looking forward to my next visit

Enjoyed the PT session very much - when I had finished that is - as I worked quite hard and was dripping with sweat! Never would work at such an intensity if I was training by myself so PT sessions are great and you realize the level you can achieve when coached/coerced!

I had a pregnancy remedial massage with Abbey and it was amazing. She focussed on the areas of concern and I left feeling like I'd had a proper massage. She really worked on the areas that were sore/tight. Highly recommend!

Great workout. Enjoyed the tuition and advice relating to alternate exercises for upper body (shoulders, biceps and back). Sometimes using hand weights is easier on the hands!

This was such a tranquil realm of relaxation, serenity and pure talent. Jenny is very intuitive, knowing where to move on the body without having to tell her. Past and present injuries, she will know what your body needs to get back to 100%. Pure bliss. I will be back very soon

I had the most incredible remedial massage I have ever experienced. Sarah is extremely skilled and talented. She applied just the right amount of pressure. The whole experience took me to another place, I didn't want to go back out into the world! It took me some time to reconnect before I could drive home. It was truly wonderful and I would highly recommend The Calmm to everyone.
