I help my Therapeutic massage clients achieve optimum health through: Restorative and Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy; Trigger point therapy; Assisted Stretching and a myriad of Recovery practises and techniques. Sessions are tailored to suit an individuals needs. My Life Coaching sessions are solution focused in nature and assist my clients in finding clarity, direction and meaning to the issues presented. The sessions are offered either online or face to face as needed.
