I had the loveliest time at Wilderness today! I was quite nervous about finding a new hair salon after moving back to Liverpool because I have sensory issues, and I generally find having my hair cut to be a stressful situation, but everyone at Wilderness made me feel so welcome and Alison was incredibly understanding and enthusiastic about helping me feel comfortable - I'll definitely be returning! :)

So like many women I have tried out a lot of hair salons over the years. Moved to Liverpool a few years back and just was never 100% happy with my hair. Then I stumbled upon Louise the genuine hair witch three years ago.. I have never looked back. Her salon and ethos is amazing. The sheer knowledge this woman has is mind blowing. She truly listens to her clients and works with them creating amazing hair, while using products that are safe, sustainable and transformative. This review is clearly well over due, I would highly recommend Louise and her team of amazing hair wizards. x

They give you excellent advice for taking care of your hair in between appointments too. Love my fresh hair from Lily today. Best experience ever - honestly. I'm so happy with my hair and that's quite rare. I love it - she's got it the perfect colour and it feels lovely, despite it being a platinum colour 🤍✨️ I also felt really welcome, comfortable and 'at home' which again, is rare for me in salons etc. This was my first time here and I will definitely plan a return!

Came here a few weeks ago with two friends, each for a bouncy blow, are hair all looked unreal and we couldn’t have been happier with the service! Each getting are hair done at the same time although they’d been booked half an hour apart, and the free glasses of prosecco we were given. Overall a wonderful experience and such lovely girls that work there, the price, super reasonable and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, hope to be back soon! Thank you ladies xx
