Wow, wow, wow… thank you so much to Fran for the most fabulous hair! You are an absolute superstar. It was my first visit, and I felt at ease straight away—Fran was so friendly and instantly knew exactly what to do with my hair it was done to perfection, and I absolutely love it! Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in, and all the ladies there are amazing. The salon is a real gem and well worth a visit.

Phoebe was an exceptional professional when it came to my appointment. From entering the gorgeously-presented salon to leaving it, she was attentive, friendly and consistently exceeded my expectations. I'd gone in with a particular idea of what I wanted to do with my hair - autumnal inspirational photos in hand - and she was able to discuss what options would work best and how my inspiration could be fulfilled. As you can see from the photos, she achieved that and more! I felt relaxed and not rushed at any point, the music was perfect and not too loud, and the ambience was perfect!

Thad a wonderful experience at the salon with Phoebe! She was very polite and attentive, taking the time to ask what I wanted and offering her professional opinion. She even offered me a drink and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Unlike some places, she focused entirely on me—no chatting with colleagues or answering calls during my service. Her professionalism and kindness made this my go-to place. I'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family!

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever!
