Ashlee made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and Kyna was very informative—she really emphasized the importance of maintaining great home care. Best hair care experience I've received in 5 years since I came to BIM. I have 4c natural hair and that is uncommon on the island. I was pampered and well taken care of. The braids were not painful and I fell asleep on the chair. She was polite, helpful, and overall stellar customer service plus top notch braiding skills. Gonna be recommending everywhere I go.

This was my first time waxing and the experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel very comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance and it really wasn’t that bad. It was very quick and I left extremely satisfied 🤗 I will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing experience with Ali, from the time I arrived she was the nicest, throughout my service she kept asking how I was doing and walking me through the process and different steps.
