Kadeja was very warm and professional, I was extremely late for my appointment but she didn't make me feel like I had inconvenienced her instead she offered me solution to reschedule so she could style. Now let's talk about the sewin ... Flawless installation, braids were not tight , FLATTTTTT and gorgeous! Thank you so much for the great work and exceptional customer service . Must mention Shaylaya (owner) she was very kind, warm and professional when she reach out to check in on me. The salon was peaceful and calm, nice music and no loud banter. Overall a lovely experience

This was my first time waxing and the experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel very comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance and it really wasn’t that bad. It was very quick and I left extremely satisfied 🤗 I will definitely be returning.
