I’ve been looking for a new masseuse since moving to Sydney and Hannah far exceeded all of my expectations. The whole experience was completely serene from start to finish, which is often not the case with remedial massage. Hannah is incredibly talented and really helped to work out the knots in my back that were causing pain and tension headaches - have already booked in again for weekly sessions with her!

Very relaxing and even with my stiff back and shoulders Hina did an amazing job to help loosen them up. Sorry for making your hands and thumbs very tired because my back was so tight 😭. Definitely would come again when i visit Sydney.

The massage space was a great find for me. I was walking past in Bondi junction and saw they had just opened. The space is clean and fresh and my therapist was incredible as well. Highly recommend

Hannah is always terrific! Terribly stiff neck and she was able to let me turn my head again for the first time in a few days. Even after moving out of the area more than happy to commute to Bondi, well worth it and highly recommend!

Aya is excellent . I usually go for a deep tissue massage due to my consistent neck and shoulder pain from a long time injury. If you like the type of massage where they string out every fibre of your muscle , and goes inch by inch with fingers of steel , then Aya is your person.

Thomas is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever met. He checked in about pressure, focused on the tight spots I mentioned, and found problem areas I didn’t even realise I had. I left feeling balanced, relaxed, and pain-free. If you need someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Thomas is the one!

Hannah is one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with! I came in with serious lower back and nerve pain that had been bothering me for months. After just a few sessions, the difference was unbelievable—she identified the root causes immediately and worked with real precision and care. She’s not just going through the motions; she listens, adjusts her approach based on how your body responds, and genuinely wants you to heal. This was my second time seeing Sean. The first session was already very intense and extremely liberating. So for this second session, I really had no expectations, but it was even more intense. A huge thank you for your help; I would not have been able to resolve my emotional issues on my own. I look forward to returning to Sydney for a third session. 🙌🏻

I had my first needling (with Exomes) today and the experience was so professional. Melanie explained the process to me in great detail which was painless. The clinic is beautiful, highly experienced staff and warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Had sore feet that detested walking. I had pain across the top of my left foot that radiated to just below my ankle. All of this dysfunction from a rolled ankle thirty odd years ago. Had six "yellow light" treatments. Improved movement in my ankles, reduced the swelling in my ankles markedly. And the pain now greatly reduced. Now my left foot is working much better. Well worth the effort .
