I normally have massage with Sophie (who is an absolute life saver), but Louis is incredible in a different way. I came in with several specific pain related issues, and by the end of a very thorough session it already made a huge difference. I had much better mobility and no pain with movements that were previously painful. I would definitely recommend Louis.

If I had to pay by experience then this appointment was worth $10,000. I walked in feeling broken, struggling to move and breathe and left feeling like I had air in my lungs and movement in my back and hips. Sophie's experience is so extraordinary that she knew exactly how deep to push each part of my body to give me relief. If you're someone who has struggled with pain and inflammation, this is who you need to see and where you need to be. Extremely aware and intelligent and extremely sincere and methodical in her approach to this broken body. Can't recommend enough!!!

Louis was a great therapist who targeted the painful areas that I was suffering from. He is a good listener, has a good knowledge of the body muscles and how they function. I felt lot of relief after this treatment and hope to make few appointments before Christmas break.

My massage was with Michael. He was excellent. Provided much needed relief and gave me tips on how to prevent this issue in the future. Will definitely be back! :)
