I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

It is a real treat to have a pedicure done by Donna. She is extremely thorough and does an excellent job. She is very knowledgable and also makes you feel most welcome in her spotless Beauty Treatment rooms. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Loved having my nails done by Jess. She is so friendly and professional and created beautiful nail art.

Lovely set of autumn nails by Leanne done today, fitted me in a week early due to a broken nail. Friendly and makes you feel at ease. 2nd visit and will definitely keep returning 😀

Amazing experience as always! Went for my second LVL lash appointment with Victoria and I am obsessed with the results!! She is always so welcoming and friendly. I have been going to Victoria for years now and wouldn’t go to anybody else for my lashes / skin. Recommend to anybody looking for a reliable, talented, and professional beautician in Plymouth. 💜

Mara’s nails are always perfect, she takes so much time & genuine care and is such a lovely person. My nails have always ended up breaking or lifting before & I can genuinely say Mara is the best nail tech I have been to. I haven’t had a single problem since going to her 🤍

I love the new salon. I had a fabulous luxury pedicure. The Navy products used were so luxurious. My feet feel super soft. My BIAB manicure with French nails are perfect. Thank you Maddison as always a lovely afternoon.

My luxury pedicure by Karen was amazing. Karen totally pampered my neglected feet, filing them, buffing them, removing cuticles and painting my nails beautifully. I liked that Karen used ‘old school’ files instead of cordless sanders which was a great touch and I felt my feet were filed more accurately. The leg and feet massage was so soothing and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend a luxury pedicure with Karen, amazing 🤩

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

I had my nails done today and I absolutely love them! The lovely leanne who did them was so informative, helpful, and really friendly . She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely at ease, and really listened to what I wanted. Such a warm and welcoming experience – I’ll definitely be going back now I have found my new nail tech 💅💖

Amanda is a total genius and has incredible patience and talent! I came in with a variety of Christmas nail ideas with a wintery Christmas colour palette of silvers gold and whites and Amanda made magic happen! I LOVE my Christmas nails and their ice chrome finish fully makes their snowy sparkly appeal - thank you Amanda! And thanks to Laura for the refreshments and the musical Christmassy vibes!

Today was my second visit to Maddison. I had the luxury pedicure which was just Divine! Maddison is a great nail tech & the salon is lovely Highly recommended

Great service! The room and tools were clean and well looked after, appropriately cleaned/changed throughout the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish whilst booking. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. My nails look so nice. Thank you!!!

Nadia was extremely professional and efficient. I felt really comfortable with her during my Hollywood wax. Has definitely been my best wax experience in Plymouth!

Maddison has been doing my nails since last year and so pleased I found her. Very talented & kind nail-artist. She also did my nails for my Wedding day - if you’re looking for a bridal set, Maddison is your girl. Highly recommend!!
