I had a facial done here and I’m really happy with the results. The service was excellent, the staff was very polite and professional, and the whole experience was relaxing. My skin feels soft and refreshed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had my 1st 60 minute pregnancy massage today and I am so impressed! I was really looking forward to it and Mel truly delivered. She was so professional and lovely. A heated blanket, eye mask, spraying the room with the most gorgeous smell before and after my massage and lovely relaxing music helped me relax even more. Let alone the massage itself being amazing. I felt like I could fall asleep. Mel asked me how my pregnancy was going and also asked if there was anywhere in particular I was feeling tension and really paid attention to those areas during the massage. Thank you Mel! X

I had a Swedish massage and facial with Hannah today and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the space felt so calm and welcoming, with soft lighting and a beautiful, relaxing aroma. The massage itself was incredible, the pressure was absolutely perfect and I left feeling completely relaxed, lighter and refreshed. Hannah is so lovely, she made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was amazing. I can’t recommend her enough and I already can’t wait to come back!

Very good full body massage, Feel very relaxed and they fit all my knots out which feels so good. I recommend anyone to this place in Rochester well worth the visit it doesn’t disappoint 😊.

I felt very relaxed from the moment I walked through the door. My facial was so relaxing,I could feel the benefits as each product was used. The facial massage was great & so relaxing. Most definitely have this again.

Yet again a lovely relaxing LVL treatment and environment, I love having treatments with Leah, it’s like visiting a friend every time. Already looking forward to my next treatment. Can’t recommend enough.

My back massage was Absolutely Amazing. I felt so good when Nadia had finished. I felt my muscles relax as soon as she started the massage. Lovely relaxed surroundings, bed was very comfortable. Definitely will be going again.

Another of my monthly trips to the Well-being Centre in Rochester to see Holly. From start to finish she provides a pleasant, relaxing, professional service. She has done wonders for my back problems since I started attending sessions. Thank you ever so much for all you do.

Great relaxing atmosphere. My back is feeling very relaxed and less tense.

I had a Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage on my tummy followed by a facial, and honestly it was amazing. The massage felt so relaxing but at the same time I could feel it really working – my stomach felt flatter, lighter and less bloated straight after. Such a lovely treatment if you want to de-puff and feel more toned. The facial afterwards was just gorgeous – my skin felt super clean, fresh and really glowy. Wow! Such a refreshing and relaxing facial and massage with Mel. I work from home and scheduled this for my lunchbreak and it was just what I needed. Mel set up in my living room and it felt like I was at a relaxing spa. Highly recommend, can’t wait for my next one!

Another relaxing two hours with the lovely Nadia 1 hour full body massage and 1 hour Reiki. It was wonderful as always. 😍

Feeling so relaxed after my full body massage this morning.

I have just had the best massage with Mel. I had the hot stone massage and Brazilian Face Lift massage. Mel was lovely I felt like I was in a spa. Hot stone massage was very relaxing as was the Brazilian facelift massage. The difference after the facelift massage was amazing. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Mel.

I had a mini facial, it was amazing and very relaxing. Nadia and friend, were lovely and welcoming.

My holistic facial with Mel was incredible, I dozed off for the first time ever during a treatment! It was so relaxing, the electric blanket, the music, and then the amazing treatment itself made for the best hour of my day. My skin felt so plump and glowing afterwards, and I felt so calm and relaxed for the whole day. Mel is also super lovely!

First time there as I've just moved to Rochester and I love it! Quaint little place, you almost miss it but it looks and smells lovely inside and the massage was absolutely great, would definitely recommend :)
