George was brilliant! He’s very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he was doing. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. After one session I feel much looser and pain free, I am very happy with my experience. The spa was also very clean, tidy and well presented, and the other staff members seemed friendly.

Every time I have an appointment here it is amazing! I don’t mind which therapist I have as they are all brilliant, super caring and professional, I’m never made to feel anything other than totally at ease. I’ve had massages at all types of places from 5* spas and health retreats and these guys are the absolute best! Won’t go anywhere else now.

This was my third visit here and I have had different therapists each time, all have been absolutely brilliant! This place is an absolute gem, I’m not going to bother doing spa days anymore just going to come here as regularly as I can! Maria did my massage today and she was fantastic! Worked so hard to get rid of my knots and help me with my headaches. I am so grateful to her.

I had a pregnancy massage with Ana today. Its was such a lovely experience, warm and inviting atmosphere as soon as I arrived. Very professional! Went straight in and settled in. Calming setting in the room. I've had a few massages before with other spas but this was by far the best. Ana listened to exactly what I wanted and for that the whole experience was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. I will definatly be returning again for a birthday treat!

I had a pregnancy massage with Stephanie. She was very sweet, caring and incredibly professional. Felt so relaxing will definitely be going back very soon. The online booking service was so easy to use very impressed with it. The spa itself is simple, clean and elegant - gem in Rochester.

I arrived feeling very tight and sore after being unwell and having a poor massage the week before. My therapist was amazing, she listened to my concerns and tailored my massage perfectly. She checked in with me throughout the treatment and gave me some aftercare advice too. THANK YOU!! I look forward to coming back and the new look rooms are a lovely touch of luxury 😍

Augusta was so lovely & friendly! A lovely little space - the massage was amazing too! Left my face feeling fresh & so soft.

After feeling rough from a cold, I needed to feel some relaxation and the spa facial was just what I needed! Not only is my skin glowing, I feel so calm & chilled!! As always, counting down to my next appointment!

The full body scrub and massage I had with Holly was so great! The massage tables were warm and Holly checked throughout that I was comfortable, the spa smells lovely as you walk in and I left feeling very relaxed
