All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I had a lash lift with Emma today. I always thought I didn’t really have any eyelashes- well Emma has worked some kind of magic because now I have lashes!! Took about an hour which flew by as we just chatted away. I was nervous about having my eyes shut and not be able to open them but Emma put me totally at ease and honestly it was just a lovely hour of pampering! I’m 100% booking this treatment again!! Excellent service, will definitely come back again the Luxury Pamper Package that included the luxury mani & pedi, luxury facial with steam, brow shape tint and lash tint and full body massage was just WOW!! I was soo relaxed throughout. Janet took care of my nails and Smita took care of my facial, massage and brow and lash treatments. It was a bargain for £250, I saved almost £90.
