Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

I was quite anxious about having micro blading as am very fair and didn’t want to end up with thick dark eyebrows. Nicola was very thorough and professional and I was really pleased with the result. My new eyebrows looked as though they had always been there !

Nicola spent time mapping out my eyebrows, ensuring I was happy with the shape, before micro blading. She is excellent at her art and I’m so pleased with the result. Thorough information regarding the do’s and don’ts for pre and post treatment. I would 100% recommend NP Aesthetics.

What a beautiful soul Claire is! Had a bride/bridesmaid make-up trial today and Claire made it a really enjoyable experience. She is so friendly and very knowledgeable. And of course, the makeup looks great! I’m not someone who wears a lot of makeup but mine today looks very natural and enhances my own features naturally. Beautiful, calm and clean. Felt really comfortable. Kelly was amazing, had my brows tidied and tinted and a lash lift, super happy with the results, my lashes came out so good they look fake! Definitely going back.

As always excellent treatments. Face thread - Natasha so gentle I find it relaxing. Eyelash lift is fab, lashes are longer, look natural and really open up my eyes. Natasha gives such attention to detail theyare just prefect
