Such wonderful customer service. That warm buzz you get after two glasses of red wine is how the experience with abbey is. It’s a lovely time and you feel great. Plus I’ve never looked better waking up hungover. She does a great job and the lashes are beautiful.

my experience was really good. I was greeted warmly and was offered water or tea. Maddie was really great, listened to what I wanted and did really great suggestions on how to make m hair nice. I really felt good and beautiful after my appointment. I am looking forward to my head spa appointment

My long time hairdresser moved off the island and I needed to find a new stylist. This can be a daunting task. I love Aveda product so I thought I would try EcoChic. I was so glad I did. I see Diane and she is great! She nails the cut everytime! I only colour a couple times a year but when I do, I am always very happy. I highly recommend Diane. She knows her trade well and is super lovely.

I've been driving my hairdresser Farrah crazy for months with my indecision about cut and colour. Today I finally took the plunge, and I'm so glad I did. Farrah blended my patchy gray with highlights and lowlights and gave me the cute bob I'd wanted all along. She was patient, offered great advice, and helped me feel confident making the change. I’m literally obsessed with my hair!! Honestly if you’re looking for the best hair salon in Victoria BC look no further than ecoChic. I’ve tried so many places downtown but nothing beats the vibe at The Bay Centre. I booked an Aveda Head Spa with Emily because my scalp was feeling so dry and oh my god… she is a miracle worker. It was the most relaxing experience ever. Total game changer. Emily also nailed the color—it’s so rich and glossy now. If you want the best head spa in Victoria or just a really high end cut and color you have to ask for Emily at ecoChic. It’s worth every penny. 10/10

Farah is truly exceptional. If you’re looking for an elegant, haircut, she is the only person I trust. Her eye for detail and sense of balance are unmatched. Beyond her talent, she is incredibly warm and gracious, you feel completely at ease in her chair. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair. She also does the most beautiful highlights and is amazing with brows. I’ve trusted her with both, and she’s never disappointed.

I feel like Farah is a very good hairstylist whether you’re looking for colour, cut or even brows. She seems to have an intuitive sense of what would look good and she’s a really nice person. I’ve been twice and both times, I’ve been really happy with the results. I highly recommend her.
