I came to Dave with a trapped nerve and a lot of tension, and honestly, I couldn’t have been in better hands. He has such a grounded, calm energy and really tunes in to what your body needs. The pressure was perfect, and he worked carefully through the problem area until things started to ease. The whole experience was personal, professional, and deeply restorative. I’d recommend Dave to anyone dealing with pain or just needing to unwind!

Had a sports massage with scraping to treat my tight calves. Horrific but does the trick and at least Dave can keep you slightly amused and distracted through it 🤣

I always feel safe and comfortable when I visit Dave for a sports massage. He is fun and friendly, very kind and extremely knowledgeable and great at his job! He goes beyond 100% with his advice and support and I don't know what I would do without him!

Dave is super knowledgeable, he was able to offer me loads of advice on how to treat my injury moving forwards. He is super generous with his time and absolutely spot on with his massage, he knows to find the sweet spot straight away. I always feel very comfortable when I go for a treatment

His in-depth understanding of anatomy allows him to pinpoint the root causes of issues, resulting in a targeted and effective treatment plan. Dave takes the time to explain exercises and techniques, empowering me to actively participate in my own rehabilitation.

I had my first session with Dave yesterday after months of persistent glute and neck pain that no one else could fix. After just one appointment, I’m already experiencing significant relief. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend his services!
