So, one visit today, no pain, no trauma, very relaxed and lots of release in my Frozen Shoulder. Katie achived amazing results in 50 mins. In nearly three years ive had 14 months of Private NHS A few sessions with the Muscle sculper and over the last 5 months,10 sesssions at a local Massage company. all of that had zero results or improvements. After another sllepless nigtht and out of desperation i arranged to try another massage practitioner. Amazing Indian head massage, it was so relaxing and gave me all the ASMR feels. Lauren’s space was nice and warm and the treatment was exactly what I needed. I also had a half leg wax before my massage and Lauren was great at getting every last hair. Always feels like going to see a friend!

If there was a 6th 🌟 I would have awarded it. My facial massage was super relaxing. All the stresses of the day taken away as I was cleansed steamed exfoliated massaged and moisturised. Today I had two wonderful treatments... an Indian head massage and a full body exfoliation. Both exquisite. Lauren ensured a calm, warm and relaxing environment. The treatments were so perfect... The Indian head massage was first and at it the end of it I was definitely drifting off to sleep. Then I had the full body exfoliation. My skin feels so soft and smooth, literally all over. Maintenance massage today, Frozen shoulder well on its way to recover now after an excellent treatment schedule , suffered for 8 years , and now its almost there about 5% to go meaning I now have 95% range , a huge improvement from 60% 12 weeks ago.. Thanks Katie and the SB Team

Today were woking on my hamstrings, after being chairbound for 14 Months Katie is rehabilitating my hips and legs, so in this session I had my hamstrings released and loosened up, and we did work and started physio on building strength around my hips. What amazes me is in the past any massages have always hurt and been painful, not today lots of release and maybe a little discomfort, Katies knowledge of the body and application clearly reflects on SB practices and her high grades with her university Diploma. Such a good feeling after suffering for 20 years under the NHS. Tanking You.

Up until recently I never needed sports massages but with as the issues with my ankles become worse I knew I needed to. I have been to Katie twice now and she is amazing! My pain has subsided so much when I’m running . Would recommend any day!

Courtney is very professional, first and foremost and knowledgeable and personable and approachable. While studying for a degree in Physiotherapy at Preston University. She enroled in and successfully completed several Sports massage relaxing massage courses . So what you get with CS Sports Rehab is Treatment from a trained Sports Masseuse who is also a qualified Physiotherapist . Courtney is the reason I have been able to go back to the gym after Piriformis issues and shoulder injuries . Quite simply she is good at what she does.

Highly recommend! I treated myself to a little pamper afternoon and honestly felt like I was walking on air when I left. I had the cellulite and bum lift treatment, a back massage, and a dermaplane facial. I was really impressed with the attention to detail during the facial and the firmness of the massage, it was exactly what I needed. All the products used smelt amazing and felt gorgeous on my skin.
