Thank you so much for the most wonderful relaxing time. I have had a lot of massages in the past but this was the best one I've had. Every muscle group was worked with each spot being hit. My experience with Jo was completely magical. I had the Transmutation, a holistic facial treatment that includes microneedling, polynucleotides, massage and a sound bath, which was both stimulating and relaxing. The setting is really cosy and it was very hard to leave the heated bed once the treatment was over. I could easily have drifted off if I hadn't been so curious about the process! Jo is highly knowledgeable, gentle, and very generous with her advice for aftercare. My skin feels and looks much better already and I received a lovely spray to use. Thank you, Jo! ✨

Another Incredible sculpted facial with Charlotte. It really is like nothing else you will get anywhere else. Another great treatment, my second Indian head massage it was perfect. The room smelt lovely with a nice relaxing scent, helping to create the perfect atmosphere from start to finish. I had such a lovely experience with Jo. She created a calm, welcoming space and was incredibly knowledgeable, really taking the time to understand my skin. Her unique take on Chinese medicine felt thoughtful and authentic, and exactly what she described. The facial was amazing,beautiful products, deeply relaxing massage, and even a delicious herbal tea. Had my first Indian head massage with Kirstie yesterday, it was amazing. Felt comfortable, relaxed at the time and afterwards felt so chilled I came home and had a nap, following another nap in the evening! Had a great nights sleep and feel great this morning. Always a lovely, relaxed place to visit. This time I sampled the outdoor, garden all over body massage. Although it was a bit breezy, I was as good arm enough with the towels, and the massage, by Vicky was excellent. After, I was offered tea and water, relaxing by the koi pond. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my ear candle session with Sarah today. Sarah was welcoming and explained what she was going to do. Whilst the candle was burning she did a gentle lymphatic drainage massage around the ear, neck and head. After, Sarah gave a lovely face massage before leaving me to relax! The treatment room was clean, warm and totally relaxing. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
