Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Rich is a fantastic massage therapist who has the ability to fix me. I struggle with chronic pain with fibromyalgia. Rich will chat with me before we start and target the areas where pain is unbearable. I walk out feeling completely relieved and relaxed. Always look forward to my next monthly appointment. Wow !! I have never had a facial quite like the one I had today. It started with a consultation and professional advice. Then I was made comfortable in a clean warm room. Following a deep cleanse a mask was appied and shoulder, neck and arm massage. It was very relaxing. The light mask was a new experience for me but it felt good and therapeutic. Overall is was a 5* treatment and I felt great afterwards and left with a spring in my step and glowing skin.
