She was really good at taking it step by step with me to end up with colours and a design that I was happy with. Absolutely obsessed with them. Lovely girl and the cutest home salon. Karen is excellent. It’s very convenient that she comes to you, and takes away the stress of travelling to an appointment. She is really good at listening about problem areas and focusing on areas that are causing issues. She often finds areas I didn’t know were painful. I always feel better after seeing Karen.
