Fabulous service as always. The staff are really friendly and always check that you're happy with nail shape, length, colour and design as they go along. I'm so happy with my biab manicure and cute flower design.

My nail technician is an apprentice, she was happy to redo some nails which were defective and actually did a better job than the first time, practice definitely makes perfect!!

Abbey is the most amazing nail artist!!! My nails have always been amazing from her, beautiful, high quality, long lasting BIABSs. The salon is lovely, as are all the girls that work there especially Charley. Highly recommend.

I had my classic eye lashes done with Natalie such a lovely pleasant lady. Made me feel relaxed and not rushed my lashes look perfect and my eye brows too, I also had a pedicure with gel nails they look so pretty and my feet even shimmered with unicorn dust. Loved every minute of this birthday pampering thank you so so much. I have even booked in to have my finger nails done I am soo looking forward to returning to this lovely salon. Thank you x

Love my monthly treat having my nails done by Laura! She listens to your ideas and requests and then does her own ‘magic’ on each nail. She always makes sure you’re happy with what you’ve got at the end…which is always miles better than your original request. I get so many compliments on my nails since coming to PREPT and I can only thank Laura for sharing her talent on MY nails! No matter how fat and frumpy you feel; having nice nails makes it all seem better! Laura ALWAYS goes above and beyond and makes you feel wonderful and that you’re worthy of some self love. She takes my crazy life and listens and helps and supports, and knows that I trust her. Her work is phenomenally portrayed in every nail, and her talent is endless. Laura makes my 3yr old feel welcome when he ‘has’ to come with me, and this is so lovely as a mummy. Thanks again Laura. Keep being wonderful!

very friendly and efficient. Charly is my nail technician who is excellent and always asks what i would like and carries it out efficiently. Abby is also an excellent nail technician and both are brilliant. I would highly recommend either of them to look after my nails.

Sonia is amazing! She is by far the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She somehow managed to make my nails look amazing even when there was hardly anything there to begin with. And I can’t believe how long they’ve lasted! 4 weeks! Highly recommended x

Natalie is great. Ny nails are always fabulous, because her attention to detail is second to none! She has installed a hot water sink next the nail bars and has numerous bottles of hand sanitiser for clients to use, Pre and post entry - 5 stars!!!! 👌👌👌
