After nearly 10 years of having acrylic nails at walk-in nail salons, I finally made the switch to BIAB! Mani Muse is absolutely beautiful, clean, has a luxe feel and such a lovely place to visit. Shene is so friendly, professional, and takes incredible care with my nails, her priority is the health of my natural nails, not just how they look on the day (although they always look beautiful.) The difference in my nails after just six weeks is incredible. They’re stronger, healthier, and in the best condition they’ve been in for years. I could not recommend Shene highly enough!

I genuinely can’t recommend her enough. Every appointment feels like a little self-care escape. What makes her truly special is how kind, professional, and welcoming she is. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Her Russian manicures and BIAB application are absolute perfection. The level of precision, care, and attention to detail she puts into every set is incredible. She’s so knowledgeable about nail health and always takes the time to explain what’s best for my nails, which gives me complete confidence that they’re in the best hands. Highly Recommend 🤍

Vivian was amazing, detailed and attentive throughout the service! I’m usually quite picky with the shape of my nail and found that no one can 100% get the shape I want. But Vivian absolutely nailed the shaping of my nails, I’ve never been more satisfied!!! She did an amazing job with the cat eye design as well:))) Will definitely come back.

Amy is such an amazing nail tech, she talked to me the whole way through and was giving me some nail colour ideas for what I wanted and didn’t rush me to decide. I left with such an amazing set I can’t wait I show them off to everyone!! If you want good nails that last ages definitely recommend this place

Today was my first visit to Genevieve, and the service was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a green tea and biscuit, had a safe place to store my belongings, and the door was even opened for me as I left. The little touches made such a difference—the warm massage cream during my hand massage, the hot towel, and, of course, the incredible care and attention to detail that went into my nails. Thank you, Zona, for such a beautiful experience. I’ll definitely be back!
