I had such a great experience here! Clean, fresh & left me feeling so good! I highly recommend the infrared light bed, it was my personal favourite and left me feeling so revived especially after a bad knee injury, I could notice the difference immediately!

I highly recommend classes at Lifestyle Fitness with Monique. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and designs a tailored workout plan according to your individual fitness needs. As someone who struggles with mobility and has difficulty with everyday movement, Monique was able to help me achieve one of my personal goals which was to get up off the floor independently and safely. Instead of dreading exercise as I used to in the past I find myself looking forward to the next session.

Excellent service. Sean went through all the benefits for both the red light and hyperbaric with me so understand it better. Will be using the the facility a lot over the e next few weeks post my 2 surgeries I had 2 weeks ago.

If you are recovering from flu and have difficulty breathing (tight chest/bronchi), the Ozone Glycerine Inhalation Therapy is GREAT!! After 3 months of struggling to breathe, my lungs feel open again. Thank you Jelanie!!
