Christine is remarkable. I enjoyed a Reiki experience with her that left me with my jaw on the ground. It felt like she was reading my mind with what she got as messages about my energy. It completely resonated with me and what I'm working on in other facets of my life journey. I highly recommend this wellness studio, and definitely eat some plants in the front at Throop Soups also!

I had a massage with Courtney today, and it was absolutely incredible. Her technique is slow, focused, and deeply intentional. She skillfully released the tension in my neck and upper back, leaving me feeling relaxed and renewed. One of the best parts is that she offers evening and Saturday appointments—perfect for my hectic work schedule. Highly recommend!

Seriously one of the best massages I ever had! Lynn asked me about my concerns and issues. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The environment was inviting. I enjoyed a smoothly from Throop Soups afterwards that was delicious! I highly recommend Zen and Now Wellness!

Now and Zen is centrally and easily located on the end of Dunmore Street in Throop. Maple parking and easily marked entrance on Adam’s Court in the back of the building. The owner Lynn is very personable and Christine is great- she has the perfect touch and is an excellent massage therapist. Her experience really shows!
