Our decompress & de-stress is a spin on the classic, light to medium pressure Swedish massage. The perfect massage to balance the nervous system- whether you need to de-stress or recharge, this slow-flow massage uses long, broad, sweeping techniques along with gentle stretching to deliver the ultimate nervous system reboot. This session is geared toward the athlete specific to their prime sport. Whether it’s running, lifting, tennis, or any other sport, we will pay close attention to your area of discomfort. Decreasing pain and discomfort while increasing range of motion and flexibility to lessen the risk of injury leading to supple, fresh game day muscles!

This light to medium pressure massage aims to reduce stress, promote relaxation, decrease strain and pain in the musculoskeletal system. OB/GYN clearance needed and must be past first trimester. 

Prenatal

cupping therapy utilizes silicone cups to create negative pressure though suction. We use mobile (continuous moving of cups) and static (holding cups in one place for a set amount of time) techniques. Cupping promotes muscular tension relief, encourages pain relief and increased range of motion.
