Luce does the best massages in Newquay, and works with you to find the route cause of any aches and pains that need working on.

Lucy was excellent, offering really useful advice and exercises to help my athletic performance whilst also helping me to loosen my posterior chain and prepare for my race tomorrow whilst giving really useful practical advice for pre-race glute activation.

Lucy was amazing, lots of knowledge and made me feel really comfortable. Will definitely be visiting her again to help support my marathon training! Come away with very fresh feeling legs!

Lucy is a good and a very experience therapist. Her skills and knowledge in a therapuetic treatment is absolutley in high standard therpahy. I highly recomend her. Great treatment. My back is quiet good right now and o will book again for the longer hour of treatment.

Lucy is great to work with and so helpful trying to help you heal, Im not gonna lie we hit some sore spots but they need to be manipulated to release the muscles and I feel better after each session.
