I was anxious before my appointment however I found Arun to be friendly and easy to talk to. He was very professional and I felt that he understood the issues I had. The aftercare is great and he ensured I knew what to do before I left the appointment. I am returning and I would happily recommend his service.

Following a long term injury and two recent operations, having a PT is exactly what I needed. My strength and fitness are increasing and I certainly have more stamina and motivation. Arun has been brilliant in planning exercises for my level of need; I appreciate I still have a lot to work on, but am successful moving forwards.
