Following a long term injury and two recent operations, having a PT is exactly what I needed. My strength and fitness are increasing and I certainly have more stamina and motivation. Arun has been brilliant in planning exercises for my level of need; I appreciate I still have a lot to work on, but am successful moving forwards.

Brilliant, Arun was very knowledgeable and the treatment was effective with great advice to further aid recovery

Excellent. I’ve been struggling with an undiagnosed ankle injury since December and nothing I’ve tried seemed to help, however just over a week of doing the exercises set for me it’s already so much better. Would highly recommend.
