Went in not with very little knowledge about my aches and pains, straight away Miles noticed things I didn’t realise and explained it to me. He is highly knowledgable and relates everything and explains it all, I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you don’t feel like you need it!

Miles is such a kind and compassionate person who really takes the time to understand your concerns and puts you at ease. He was super supportive when I didn’t enjoy my legs being massaged and really helped relieve tension. He is very knowledgeable with how to manage injuries/issues and I would 100% recommend!
