I love my weekly roll sessions. I highly recommend it for investing in yourself and seeing the huge difference it can make on so many levels. Physically and mentally. My sleep is better along with my recovery from exercising which it has aided so much as well.

I've been having massages with Ellie for a number of years now, but what really impresses me is how Ellie is constantly developing her (already considerable) skills. She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. I have the most incredible 45-minute full body massage session at BODYROLL, and I can't stop raving about it! The owner, Triin, was exceptionally helpful and made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio space. The BODYROLL machines worked wonders on every part of my body, leaving me feeling completely blissed out, I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone in need of some self-care coupled with a mini-workout!
