She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. I’ve been a runner for a couple of years now, and recovery has become just as important as the training itself. Body Roll Newcastle has been a game changer for me — it’s made a huge difference in how I recover after long runs or tough sessions. I booked a medical manual release with Ellie as my sciatic pain was horrendous and I also had trapped nerve in neck. Ellies professional and highly skilled techniques were amazing and got straight into problem areas leaving me feeling pain free, relaxed and very happy.

I love my weekly roll sessions. I highly recommend it for investing in yourself and seeing the huge difference it can make on so many levels. Physically and mentally. My sleep is better along with my recovery from exercising which it has aided so much as well.

Ella always delivers the best service, I always count down the days until my next massage as my body starts to tighten up just as it’s due. Ella is very thorough and gets rid of all the tension, I leave feeling highly satisfied, relaxed and generally floaty. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now 🩷

Absolutely amazing experience! Ellie certainly knows her stuff. I had the 2 hour Thai fusion massage and feel great today (day after) I would definitely recommend Ellie as a therapist. I'll be going back as a regular client

We all need gently stretching much more than we think - I do strength training so even more important that I balance with stretch & massage ... as always Eli is so intuitive to your own personal make up - gently working her magic every time . I have the most incredible 45-minute full body massage session at BODYROLL, and I can't stop raving about it! The owner, Triin, was exceptionally helpful and made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio space. The BODYROLL machines worked wonders on every part of my body, leaving me feeling completely blissed out, I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone in need of some self-care coupled with a mini-workout!

I recently booked a lymphatic Bodyroll experience with my two daughters and was genuinely surprised by how deeply restorative it felt. Triin was lovely and helped to guide us with each position change, enabling us to adjust the depth of pressure and intensity to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Going as a group of 3 created an enjoyable and memorable experience. I would highly recommend giving this a try.
