Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a great guy! Very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything in detail. As a runner, I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with niggles, tightness, or recovering from training. You’ll leave feeling looked after and confident in your recovery with a plan to strengthen those areas. 10/10

Amazing experience. Clinic was lovely and clean. Arrived in lots of pain for a deep tissue shoulder and neck release massage. Left a bit tender as expected but a couple of days on I can hugely feel the difference! Waiyee was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable and also offered expert advice on preventing the issue I was having by suggesting exercises, posture etc. I will definitely be returning. Fantastic clinic. Thank you.

Excellent. Waiyee gave me a first class massage, clearing knots in shoulders, back & legs. She then offered me the chance to try out the inflatable compression socks…a great experience, which I would like to build into my recovery program.

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Great treatment for Ellis during my half marathon training block!

Steve is a fantastic masseuse. I have been visiting regularly for injury rehab and general maintenance over the last couple of years and he always fixes my strains and muscle tensions. He is extremely professional, friendly and understanding and provides care over and above what's expected.

Ellis has a created a warm and inviting space in both his PT studio and massage space. With clear knowledge and a passion for recovery I’d recommend his services to anyone looking to improve their recovery and wellbeing or just in need of a good deep tissue massage. Diolch Ellis!
