Such a calm and inviting space, it gives such a relaxing "coastal holiday spa" vibe. Which is impressive given the weather conditions we're definitely not giving the summer vibes at all 😆 Everything has been so well and thoroughly thought out, from the decor, to the space itself and the placement of all the amenities. It's all set out in a way which makes transitioning from sauna to shower to ice bath so easy, but not over crowded. Having used many saunas in Perth, I can confidently say this sauna is by far my fave, it's massive without being massive, you can very comfortably fit 2 adults.

Amazing. I went to see Ellie with severe shoulder pain and very limited movement and walked out feeling significantly improved. She is exceptional at what she does. Highly recommended.

The space was very nice and it was very straightforward and easy to use everything independently. The sauna was a great size for two. The complimentary electrolytes was a nice touch. We have recommended the experience to friends :)

Really enjoy the set up here - my only suggestion that I think would be good, is a temperature withstanding timer in the sauna, and ice bath - watch timer stopped working in the sauna, so a suitable timer would be great, aside from that - loved it !

An amazing massage through and through! Ellie listened to my concerns and really tailored my massage experience to suit me.
