Brid is an incredible therapist and I feel very lucky to be able to experience her work (reflexology, reiki and zone facelift). Helen was so lovely and explained the process of the treatment very well. The treatment itself was very relaxing and comfortable and she communicated just enough throughout, while also ensuring I was relaxed. The room was lovely and warm and cosy too. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a lovely reflexology session with Bríd at Sonas Reflexology. She was very kind and made me feel completely relaxed. The place was peaceful and comfortable.
