Brid is an incredible therapist and I feel very lucky to be able to experience her work (reflexology, reiki and zone facelift). She has a deep understanding of what people need and uses her gentle, yet powerful, energy to ensure you walk away feeling lighter and more energised for life and work! The space she works from is fabulous - completely zen and feels like a little piece of heaven away from the world. Helen was so lovely and explained the process of the treatment very well. The treatment itself was very relaxing and comfortable and she communicated just enough throughout, while also ensuring I was relaxed. The room was lovely and warm and cosy too. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Helen is an caring therapist. Always mindful of how i am feeling. I feel so grounded after my sessions with her. I would highly recommend craniosacral therapy with Helen.
