I suffer with my posterior chain due to my physical job and training. I see Megan on a regular basis and she always rectifies my aches and pains. She's always welcoming and makes me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend a visit to MC Sports Therapy.

I have been along before to float and it has always been a great experience. Today I also treated myself to a massage afterwards and it turned a great experience into a absolutely amazing one. Massage really complements the mental and physical benefits of a float session. However the best part was how wonderful the masseur, Liz was. I had a Swedish massage and it was the best one I have ever had. Her technique and skill made it a truly relaxing experience. I can recommend combining a float and massage with Liz to anyone wanting to treat themselves to a fully relaxing afternoon.

I tried float therapy and an infrared sauna—and the float was an entirely new experience! I’ve never been able to float in water, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. At first, it felt strange, but as I relaxed and let go, the weightlessness and stillness created a surreal sense of calm and happiness. For someone who rarely gets to disconnect, this was transformative. Floating wasn’t just relaxing—it felt like a reset for my mind and body. If you haven’t tried it yet, you absolutely should!

Had a float therapy session. Very unusual and interesting hour in there - in a very good way of course. Great way to completely black out all forms of noise and just focus on your breath while the stress just melts away. Highly recommend it.

Had lower back trouble this last few months and a sore knee. Saw Bethan at Therapy and Performance Clinic and she was great at assessing the issues and giving me a program to work on. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. I already feel like I've got more mobility after just one visit.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my sauna and float session yesterday- the whole atmosphere of Spa float therapy is calm and relaxing as soon as you step through the door. The facilities provided are more than expected- face wipes, dyson hair dryer and straighteners! Great touch! The float was like nothing I have experienced before- so peaceful and relaxing and my body felt amazing afterwards (best nights sleep in a long time). I can’t wait for my next float! Thanks again!
