Lovely, clean and welcoming studio. I had the whole body cryotherapy and absolutely loved it, I've joined a membership. Can not wait to test out the lymphatic roller and infrared sauna. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the lymphatic rollers and the whole body cryo it was so cold done 3 and a half minutes wow. Walked out feeling great for my first session I’ll be back for my next session.

The perfect energiser ! This place supports not just physical wellbeing but mental clarity - highly recommend whether you are an athlete - or to alleviate other health issues such as peri-menopausal symptoms or general stress and anxiety. Fantastic , knowledgeable staff

After being a regular for a couple of months I started doing 3 minutes, then 4 & have now achieved 5 minutes in full cryotherapy & am thrilled with my increased mental resilience!

I’ve been using the cocoon fitness pod and cryotherapy once a week for the last month or so and I can definitely see an improvement in my skin tone/smoother thighs :)

My first experience today of the Air Pod O2 therapy, it delivered a level of relaxation beyond anything I had experienced before. I followed it up with full body cryo and found this was enhanced as well. I am currently pain free and invigorated.
