Thank you to the team at this wonderful salon. The service was so professional. I brought my daughter in to get a wash, conditioner and styled. She has a lot of thick, long beautiful natural hair and I appreciated how the team assisted our stylist, Vera with helping out on my daughter's hair. Thank you Vera for being patient and understanding especially when I asked you to handle my daughter's hair differently because of the beautiful thickness of her hair. I highly recommend this salon.

Excellent! Love how the staff make an effort to take care for my hair whenever I visit the salon. They do not do hair for the sake of just doing it but do it with utmost attention. As well they listen to the needs the customer concerning their tresses.

It was good. Got to the salon on time but it was still being cleaned by the time my appointment was due to start. Started my hair a little later. Other than that, my hairstylist Cleo really delivered with the hair style I wanted!

It was great and I love my hair thank you so much. Just a suggestion for you to put a process in place for us to tip your hair dresses when we don’t have cash on us. Maybe as part of the bill like we do at restaurants.

The ladies and owner are always friendly and gracious! The time frame allocated to the appointment is very accurate as well. All the team members become committed to your hair journey, giving you advice, commend you for your progress or gently scold you when you have been skipping on the trims :) Overall, it’s always a lovely experience when I go to the Salon! Best decision I made for my hair.

Great customer service Timing could be worked on, I booked for 12 and only started after 1230 and finished well after 14 disrupting other programs. I loved my hair and the hair dresser was polite All in all I had a good experience. Recommendation: bigger salon space

It was a good experience they are very neat and most of the stuff is very helpful and kind.however there was one thing I did not appreciate and it was being rushed by the hair dresser.the day was fully booked and I understand that but a lot more grace could have been given. All things considered it's a great place I definitely recommend it

Wonderful experience. My first time. Esnart (sp) washed my hair thoroughly and gave me a good head massage. Salon was clean, quiet and serene. My appointment was on time. It’s not often with natural hair that you look forward to your next hair appointment.

My hair dresser was pulling my hair when removing my braids, she did not detangle before washing, she rubbed hair dye into my scalp with her fingers and I had to tell her to stop that and apply to my hair roots with the brush. She took direction well but seemed inexperienced.

Service is amazing, starting from the appointment booking system to my hair looking beautiful ❤️The girls were very intentional in doing my hair which was the highlight of the service.💕
